Bangkok Post Newspaper
Bangkok Post is the leading English-language daily newspaper in Thailand and has the longest history of any newspaper in existence in the country. The Bangkok Post targets well-educated decision makers, including top executives and high-ranking government officials. The demographics of the Bangkok Post readership show that the majority have household incomes in excess of 100,000 baht a month.
A leading opinion-maker in Thai society, the Bangkok Post recognises the importance of professional, neutral, balanced, accurate and trustworthy reporting. In the rare event that mistakes are made in our news reportage, we take prompt action to correct such mistakes, as we realise that not only are we responsible to our readers and society, we are responsible to posterity, as our publication is archived for future reference. If the record is not set straight it could cause serious damage in the future when such mistakes are quoted.
The Bangkok Post was established by a group of American and Thai journalists and the first issue was launched on August 1, 1946 with only four pages. Now the Bangkok Post publishes about 60 pages a day.

The Main section
is comprised of the most important and most interesting news of the day, including local and international political, general interest and business stories. Also in the main section are the editorial, opinion articles, analyses, commentary and sports news.

is comprised of in-depth reporting of local and international news on finance, the corporate world, stock markets, energy and commodities.

The Outlook section
printed five days a week, features social news, reports of celebrities, movies, arts and cultures, comics and puzzles.

On Sunday
While normally in Thailand, newspapers on Sundays are very thin. But the Sunday Bangkok Post has done the opposite; we’re the thickest newspaper on the market on Sundays.
We provide you with normal news, and many special sections, such as our Brunch section, which contains easy to read articles, which will attract everyone from young to old, Spectrum section which contain all sort of investigative reports and hot social issues analysis.
And for the ones that crave for funnies, we also have our comic section in full colour. All these special section come in easy-to-take-around tabloid.
