The Post Today is a Thai-language daily business newspaper first published on Feb 7, 2003. The first editor was Pattnapong Chantranontawong, former Business news editor of the Bangkok Post. The present editor is Nha-Kran Loahavilai.

In accordance with Post Publishing Public Company Limited policy, Post Today has adjusted to become a multimedia operation that includes the TV programmes Post Today Vikor and Post Today Jor Kaow and a radio programme Joh Kaow Ron (Hot News) on FM 98.

In practice the Post Today and Bangkok Post share some resources, for example graphics, database, IT and human resource departments, while the editorial sections are separated to create differences and uniqueness. The Post Today reports business news in a simple, comprehensive way for general readers and also covers politics, general, foreign and sports news and articles. The Post Today is Thailand’s first Thai-language newspaper to include a daily magazine section.

Post Today's main sections:

A : general economics, politics and sports:

Section A consists of Headline news, Political news, Local news - Bangkok and Provincial, Sport news, International news, and financial news. Furthermore, there are special report and related articles from columnists.

B : corporate business and finance:

Section B consists of news, special report, articles on business / corporate e.g. SME, property, motoring, IT and telecommunications, marketing, direct sale, CSR, and news including special reports on stock markets and investments presented together with stock price table of the day.

C : the magazine:

Section C is a lifestyle section, called the Magazine. Its contents include lifestyle, entertainment, literature, art, health, beauty, fashion, social, youth, restaurants, and nightlife. Contents are grouped and presented in different days of the week i.e. Monday-Life@Work, Tuesday-Life@Mind, Wednesday-Life@Trend, Thursday-Life@IT, Friday-Gin Duem Shop, Saturday-Art, Entertainment, Sunday-Life@Home.

The Saturday edition of the Post Today newspaper is divided into 4 sections, which are:

  • Sudsubda Section A

    Section A – Features all angles of economic news that matters, this section includes world’s economic news, headline news of the week, investigative news analysis, and special scoops on modern economics, in broadsheet size.

  • Sudsubda Weekend

    Sudsubda (Weekend) – Presented in tabloid size, Thai politics, international politics, special interviews, political news analysis, all sports news, and much more are all included in this special edition.

  • Zad Sudsubda

    Zad Sudsubda – Coming alongside Sudsubda is the gossip section that will spice up your weekend. With all news on local and international celebrities and entertainments, be it movie or music, Zad Sudsubda will always keep you updated.

  • Magazine Cool
